We start by analysing your current fitness level, lifestyle, and mindset. From there, we get clear on exactly what you want to achieve—not just physically, but mentally—and whether I’m the right coach to help you get there.

You’ll complete a pre-exercise and lifestyle screening form so I can understand your physical history, habits, and mindset patterns—giving us a clear baseline to build from.
